Art I love: Washington Mounment Print

Good morning. Doesn’t it feel nice to start your day with a little dose of art?

Since I’ve taken loads of pics of art I am found of over the past year… ranging from paintings, drawings, street art, sculpture, and the like…I feel compelled to share. Because as someone once told me, life is better when it’s shared and I couldn’t agree more.

So, I am going to start a series of posts reflecting upon all the interesting art I’ve found. You’ll notice the work will vary between big name artists to those that are less known, like some of my friends. Art is art and should be recognized whether the artists are famous for it or not.

I spotted this amazing print at a friend’s house in Georgetown. I love the spectrum of Andy Warhol’s work. I enjoy the simplicity of line in the print, and I especially dig that it’s NOT a perfect form although pretty much symmetrical.
